PSYCHOSYNTHESIS PROGRAMME
The Psychosynthesis Distance Education Programme is a psychological system of wholistic human development. It comprises five units of four assignments each. It is an education for living. It enables you the student to:
- Understand yourself and learn more satisfying ways of living and relating to others.
- Aspire to wholeness, to maturity, to realise your creative potential.
- Find your true purpose in living, your spiritual path.
- Empower yourself to move out of compulsive attitudes and behaviors.
- Educate yourself in how personality is formed and matures.
- Develop your will so that achievement of goals becomes possible.
- Explore your relationship to your Higher Self and the wise guidance within.
The principles, methods and techniques of Psychosynthesis are experiential, dynamic, imaginative, wholistic and effective.
You will learn...
- At your own pace in your home environment. A unit is designed to take an average of eight months. However this is only a guide.
- The tools and skills which will empower you to be in charge of your own maturing process throughout your life.
- Methods and techniques of personal development which include reading and study of relevant ideas, experiential exercises, self observation, journal keeping, free drawing, visualisation and active imagination.
- To develop further your capacity for feeling and emotion, imagery and intuition, reflective thinking and discrimination and the ability to use your will in a wise, loving and skilful way
You will be appointed a mentor who will be your personal guide throughout the programme.
You can respond to assignments through writing reports, drawing mind maps, drawings, audio tapes and/or personal sessions with your mentor on request.
